This Shipping Policy is issued in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Coverage

We ship products across India through authorized third-party courier partners. Shipping availability may vary depending on serviceable PIN codes.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or compliance concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery period: 4–7 business days, depending on delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances including natural calamities, courier delays, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.
  • Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout in accordance with applicable e-commerce transparency requirements. The Shipping Charges are as per below table:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available on select PIN codes.
  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility for future purchases.

6. Tracking Information

Upon dispatch, customers will receive shipment tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates.


7. Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Address

  • Courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address.


9. Damaged / Tampered Packages

Customers must:

  • Inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • Record an unboxing video in case of damage.
  • Report any damage, defect, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.

Complaints raised beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


10. Grievance Redressal (As Required Under E-Commerce Rules, 2020)
